great shuttle service but limited staff availability

The shuttle service to the airport was incredibly efficient, allowing us to make our flight stress-free. We also appreciated the friendly staff who managed multiple roles, showcasing their dedication to guest comfort.

Our group had an awesome stay! The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the nearby Copthorne Golf Club for a great round. The shuttle to the airport was easy to use, and the room was clean and comfy. Definitely bring your own toiletries though, as they don’t provide much.

We had a loud couple above us which made sleeping difficult. They were on the phone late at night, and it was pretty disruptive.

the corner house was a nice surprise! the room was clean and located conveniently near the south terminal. the breakfast was good, and the lovely lady who served us made it even better. we enjoyed the pleasant staff and overall cleanliness too.
